The Rebirth of Crazy ger Chapter 47 Part 2

The idea for the beeswax had come to him while he was eating honey. After thinking about it, he asked Yuan Heng to bring him a honeycomb. Once he had it, he heated and filtered it to extract the wax, which he then used as an oil lamp.

This way, Yuan Heng didn’t have to keep catching fireflies to use as lighting.

After trying the oil lamp and finding it convenient, Yuan Heng started keeping a supply of beeswax at home.

Now, Wang Jin took it out to use in making rouge.

The flower juice needed to be heated and then left to cool for a while. Once it turned into a clear, bright red liquid, Wang Jin added the melted beeswax, stirred it thoroughly, and let it cool. As it cooled, the beeswax solidified, trapping the flower juice inside.

Now, they could scoop some out to use as rouge on their cheeks or as lip color.

The day Wang Jin finished making it, he brought it to the other gers to try.

The rouge was more effective and comfortable than the red mud they had been using, and everyone loved it. They asked Wang Jin for the method and went home to make their own.

Wang Jin never used rouge himself, so he gave his batch to Mu ger.

After the red cloth was ready, Wang Jin asked Mu ger to help sew red outer garments. The combination of white clothes and red outerwear looked vibrant, and the other gers quickly followed suit.

Within a few days, red clothing and rouge became essential items for the tribe’s gers.

The gers who visited Wang Jin went from wearing plain white clothes to wearing red outfits, with rouge on their faces…

Wang Jin couldn’t help but feel that these gers, who had once reminded him of his former guests, now resembled the courtesans from the brothels of his original world.

Startled by this thought, Wang Jin quickly shook it off. He reclined on his lounge chair, watching the gers discuss how to style themselves…

To be fair, these gers, with their androgynous looks, had a unique charm when dressed in red and white.

The initially simple rouge, through the gers’ creativity, evolved into various shades of rouge and lip color…

As Wang Jin admired them, he suddenly felt a craving.

If only this world had wine! Drinking while admiring beauty would be such a delight!

He decided he’d have to try making wine someday.

Although their lip colors and rouges varied, their makeup styles were all the same, which became visually monotonous over time.

Wang Jin turned and saw the table in front of him filled with various shades of rouge, all gifts from the gers…

Looking at them, Wang Jin’s eyes lit up as an idea came to him.

He dug out the fine brush Yuan Heng had made for him earlier, dipped it into one of the colors, and scanned the group of gers. Finally, he settled on Mu ger and said, “A-Mu, come here for a moment.”

Mu ger approached, and Wang Jin pulled him close. Using the fine brush, he painted a peach blossom on Mu ger’s forehead.

The peach blossom bloomed vividly, stunning everyone.

The gers clamored for Wang Jin to paint designs on their faces too. At first, Wang Jin was happy to oblige, but after a while, his hand grew sore, and he began to regret it!

This was actually a makeup style for women, but out of mischief, Wang Jin had painted it on the gers’ faces. To his surprise, they loved it even more than he did.

Wang Jin threw down the brush in frustration and said, “No more, no more! You can do it yourselves.”

The gers laughed sheepishly and didn’t insist. They took the brush and started experimenting on their own.

Wang Jin noticed that while these gers were clever, they tended to give up easily when something required foundational skills.

The bamboo flute, for example, had been very popular a few days ago, but after struggling to produce a sound for two days, they had lost interest.

He suspected the same would happen with the forehead designs. They were enthusiastic now, but once they found it difficult, they’d probably give up…

However, this time, Wang Jin underestimated the gers’ love for beauty.

Several days passed, and they were still obsessed with the forehead designs.

This actually made things easier for Wang Jin, as he no longer had to constantly think of new things to teach them.

Mu ger, in comparison, wasn’t as obsessed with flashy things.

While the other gers were busy discussing how to paint the best designs, Mu ger picked up his loom and sat beside Wang Jin, diligently weaving.

Wang Jin silently praised him in his heart. Not only did Mu ger take care of his own family’s clothing, but he also made clothes for Wang Jin and Yuan Heng…

Neither Wang Jin nor Yuan Heng knew how to weave or make clothes. Without Mu ger, they wouldn’t even have cloth garments.

The more Wang Jin looked at Mu ger, the more he admired him. He found Mu ger to be virtuous, beautiful, kind, and gentle!

If he had met someone like Mu ger in his previous life, he would have definitely invited him home as a guest.

If Mu ger had been a woman, Wang Jin would have married him.

“Ugh…” Suddenly, Mu ger gagged, covering his mouth as if he were about to vomit.

Wang Jin was startled and quickly asked, “A-Mu, are you sick?”

Mu ger’s face was slightly pale, but he suppressed the nausea and shook his head at Wang Jin.

Wang Jin wasn’t sure if it was his imagination, but although Mu ger looked a bit weak, his eyes were gentler than ever. Despite being a man, Wang Jin felt as though he could see a maternal glow emanating from him.

Mu ger pulled out a pouch of fruit from his pocket, placed it on the table, and ate one. His complexion improved almost instantly, as if the fruit were some kind of miracle cure.

Wang Jin felt a pang of concern. “Are you overworking yourself lately, A-Mu? You should rest and stop pushing yourself so hard. Go join the others and have some fun.”

He pointed to the other gers not far away.

Mu ger glanced over and smiled, shaking his head. “No, I’m already married. I’ve learned enough of those things. Besides occasionally dressing up for A-Yuan, there’s not much else I need it for. It’s more practical to focus on weaving.”
